
Steve Mosby

Steve Mosby joined Shodair Children's Hospital in 2011 as its Director of Information Systems.
Prior to joining Shodair, Steve worked for 36 years at St. Peter's Hospital in Helena, serving for 28 years as its Director of IS and the last eight years as its IS Architect. Steve worked from 1974 until 1998 directing the development and implementation of software solutions for all departments at St. Peter's.
Steve spent ten years in the 1980s with the Helena Health Institute, a company owned by St. Peter's, as its IS Director. In that capacity, Steve implemented the St. Peter's Hospital computer system for Barrett Memorial Hospital (Dillon), Mountain View Hospital (White Sulphur Springs), Broadwater Health Center (Townsend), Easter Seals (Great Falls), and Westmont (Helena). In 1999, Steve was responsible for replacing all of St. Peter's homegrown health core information system (HCIS) with MEDITECH's integrated HCIS.
Steve began his career as the Manager of Dealers Computerized Accounts for the Montana Hardware and Implementation Association from 1969 until 1971. At that time, he became the Manager of Dealers Services and continued working in that capacity until 1974, when he joined St. Peters Hospital.
A graduate of the University of Montana-Helena, Steve received his degree in Computer Programming and Business Data Processing.
